The truth behind Assassin's Creed

Assassin's Creed - An action-adventure based video game, one of the production of Ubisoft. I must say this game is so interesting, and special indeed! Every single action of this game impress me, because there is no game happens to be so special like this game. Previously, actions in action game are made awesomely so that the player will enjoy and like that game. But, in Assassin's Creed, the action performed by the character you control is different and this game end with an astonishing ending. I should say, this game is a new type of game, revolution of all action game, outrageous!

In this game, you play as a bartender Desmond Miles who been kidnapped by a group of people, you are trapped in the Abstergo laboratory and being asked by a professor to be as a test of a device call 'animus', which is a device that can recall the memories of ancestor. Why he is the one being kidnapped? Just to be the first victim to test a new invention? No, because his ancestor was an assassin, who know the truth about an artifact called 'Piece of Eden'. Later in this game, you will start using this 'animus' and play as a role of Desmond's ancestor named Altair. Something special about this game, somehow this game is related to history of during 1191 as part of the Third Crusade in the Holy Land. I don't know much about it, so i will not say any about it. But what i am clear is, in this game, you are an assassin which opposed the force of templars.

You play as a role of assassin in this game. Well, assassin is a typical type of murderer, but the killing perform by an assassin is not called as murder, instead, you should call it assassinate or an assassination, because it is more likely a stealth kill. In Assassin's Creed, the character you play wear a pair of hand guard, these hand guard hide a murderous weapon called the hidden blade, which you will used it to assassinate your targets every time without fail. You have four choices of weapons in this game, 1st is the Knife and throwing knives, 2nd is the hidden blade, 3rd is the sword and lastly you can fight with your hands (fists). In the game, you will be given missions to assassinate a few targets in order to proceed the story. Of course, it's not easy to get near to the targets, you have to make some gather information before attempting your assassination. This would include eavesdropping, interrogation, pickpocketing and completing tasks for informers and fellow assassins.

Being an assassin, never let yourself exposed or being noticed by the guards or soldiers, because they will pursuit you. When you are being chased by the soldiers, you can always hit and run away, break their sight and hide in specific hiding places which specially made for you. For example, a haystack or rooftop garden, or blend in with the citizens sitting on benches or wandering scholars. While running, you can also get to another side of a building by climbing over it, or run along the top of buildings until the soldiers cannot catch you. Even if you unable to escape the soldiers, you can also fight back using swordplay maneuvers. But, don't waste your time on them, save time on your real target.

After you done a series assassination, or i should say when you have done all the mission, you are close to the end. Well, i shouldn't talk about it because if i does, i will become a spoiler. Still, the truth is too astonishing, i want to share with those who never play this game. Assassin's Creed end in a confusing way, without good knowledges, one will never know the secret lying behind. What i know is reason of the group captured Desmond is to recall back the memories of Altair which in the end Altair recovers the artifact, the 'Piece of Eden' activates, showing a holographic view of the world with numerous locations of other Pieces of Eden marked across the globe. The groups of people that captured you are reading to seek for them. Later on Desmond remains trapped in the Abstergo laboratory, but his experience in the Animus has created a "bleeding effect" of Altair's life in his own, allowing him to see strange messages painted on the walls of his room. The messages are the key of the secret, but to interpret it is no easy job. Suprisingly to tell, it somehow related to the end of the world, what 21/12/2012 and so. It's very hard to explain, so...
